Prawn, pesto and zucchini noodle pasta!

Prawn, pesto and zucchini noodle pasta is low in carbs great source of protein and extremely Delicious! 🤤


What you will need...

8-10 cocktail prawns

1 cup of mixed vegetables

1 medium zucchini

1tsp of olive oil

1 tbsp of pesto

7 cherry tomatoes


How to make....

1-preheat frying pan on medium heat with 1tsp of olive oil.

2-place prawns in the frying pan and let them cook till golden brown.

3-place vegetables in with the prawns and cook till tender.

4-use a zucchini noodle grater to make the zucchini noodles or simply use a peeler and do long strokes till the zucchini is all peeled.

5-cut in half cherry tomatoes, pesto and zucchini to the frying pan.

6-Cook and stir it all in and serve.


Time 15min. Serves 1-2. 19g protein 12.1g carbs 15g Fat. 328 calories.
